View Final 2023 CoC Application and Priority Listing
The Continuum of Care (CoC) grant application process is a consolidated community application coordinated by the BEACH CoC and submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) by Housing & Neighborhood Preservation. The application provides detailed information regarding efforts the CoC has implemented to advance our work to prevent and end homelessness in Virginia Beach. Each year, approximately $1.7 million is granted through the CoC to Virginia Beach agencies that provide housing and supportive services to persons experiencing homelessness.
