Homeless Support Services

Many local organizations provide additional homeless support services, such as food, clothing, and other assistance. Click on the headings below to view community resources for each category. Virginia Beach Winter Shelter
Program runs November - March: ​Overnight shelter at various faith organizations for single adults (ages 18 and older) experiencing homelessness. To access the Winter Shelter program, individuals must check in each day that overnight shelter is needed. Placement in Winter Shelter is not guaranteed as space is limited.
